The staff were accommodating and attentive and the facilities provided were overall nice. I was offered a room with delightful views of swimming pool. I had a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator.

Though everything was great, some of the staff were very rude.

We booked deluxe king room, it was a good value. Location: the hotel was very close to dining places and restaurants and Boston.

The Bedford Plaza Hotel is a charming place to stay in Bedford. The location is great, and they offer a delicious breakfast. The services provided are exceptional. The room was quiet and very spacious, equipped with a nice shower, a hairdryer, and soft bath sheets.

This budget hotel provides a wide range of well-equipped rooms. The staff is responsive, which is a definite advantage. The continental breakfast is top-notch. The hotel is fairly clean and centrally located in a convenient area.

The room had a comfortable bed, cable television, and storage, which we found very pleasing.
